The left is asparagus and courgette simply steamed with spices, and the right is char grilled corn which I intended to have as a started but added it to various beans I found in the cupboard and red peppers. I put them in a big casserole dish with veggie stock and chili flakes and a pinch of paprika and let it cook for about 2 hours. It was simply sublime and lasted till lunch the next day. yum yum.
How does anyone else cook their beans? I get stuck for ideas
